Overview:
NSC Global is currently looking for a
**Revenue Assurance Specialist - People** to join our growing company.

**Purpose of Role**:
The Revenue Assurance Specialist-People plays a key role in the global resource management of the business by driving the Senior Leaders to facilitate operational concerns when it comes to Productivity on a global scale. You will be responsible for driving the entire people productivity & optimisation process, by providing strategic input to improve business operations. You will be responsible for all global productivity reporting and manage all global rate cards. Furthermore, you will identify cost-reduction opportunities, conduct data and statistical analysis, analyse trends research, that would assist in increasing revenue through productivity optimisation.

**Responsibilities**:
**Own and drive the people productivity optimisation process, provide strategic input** to optimise global productivity and have the gravitas to drive senior leaders.

**People Optimisation**:

- Identify staff that are unproductive or underutilised,
- Identify recurring problems with work processes, policies, and procedures that affect productivity and be able to communicate effectively with leadership at all levels.
- Prepare data for additional analysis or modelling

**Reporting**:

- Wholly responsible for global productivity report, manage & maintain the Global Rate Card.
- Compile reports, charts, or graphs that describe and interpret findings of analyses Investigate, monitor and track issues in the collection processes.
- Process large amounts of data to ensure completeness and accuracy, perform statistical analysis to identify trends and significant differences in relationships among sources of information.

Qualifications:
**KEY COMPETENCIES**:

- Possess a relevant degree in**:BCom Stats, Finance/Accounting, Business Analytics or Honours in Business Management Administration**:

- **Excellent reporting abilities**, analytical thinking, organisational skills, a good understanding of management reporting needs, computer proficiency, and confidentiality. Able to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
