This post would suit a committed, career minded individual with a solid general Transfers knowledge base. Duties include: Processing all administrative tasks relating to the registration of transfers from receiving of instructions to finalization (finance drafting). Definite experience processing Conventional, Sectional Title, Estate, Sheriff Transfers are ability to work independently handling all finances and manage a busy, high volume practice essential to secure.Sound communication skills and a team player mentality required. A minimum of 5 years exp. working in a similar environment required. LexisConvey literacy, Matric and Conveyancing Paralegal Diploma essential.

**Job Type**: Temp to perm

**Salary**: R22,500.00 per month
