SSubs Exciting posts exists within this small long established boutique attorneys office for an energetic mid-level Conveyancing Secretary specializing in general Transfer matters, (Conventional, Sectional Title, etc.) the ability to work with limited supervision from initial instruction upto and including the drafting of finances. Duties include: Reception duties. This post requires excellent communication skills both verbal and written, great attention to detail and superior client liaision skills. Lexisconvey literacy, Matric, Conveyancing Paralegal Diploma and a minimum of 3 years Conveyancing/Transfer experience. Definite experience having worked within a high volume environment. A stable work record with contactable references essential.
