Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Project Assistant to join our team for a one-year contract. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the owner in overseeing a domestic renovation project in Constancia.

**Job Description**:
As a Project Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our renovation project. You will work directly with the owner, providing executive assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of the project on a day-to-day basis. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Executive Assistance:

- Providing administrative support to the owner, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assisting in decision-making processes and relaying important information to relevant stakeholders.

2. Project Oversight:

- Reporting daily activities and progress updates to the owner.
- Opening and closing the project site on a daily basis, ensuring security protocols are followed.

3. Financial Management:

- Obtaining quotes from suppliers and contractors for materials and services.
- Basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses and maintaining project budgets.

4. Contractor Management:

- Overseeing the workmanship and performance of contractors on site.
- Addressing any issues or concerns promptly to ensure project timelines are met.

5. Material Sourcing:

- Assisting in sourcing materials required for the renovation project, including researching suppliers and obtaining competitive quotes.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives or senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferable.
- Accountant skills such as basic bookkeeping, financial reporting, and budget management are preferable.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or property development industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Knowledge of construction processes and terminology is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Salary**:
The salary for this position will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
