Our client is looking for a National Handyman to join their team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and perform routine building maintenance tasks.
- Address and resolve general maintenance issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct inspections to identify repair and maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
- Supervise and train junior maintenance staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Handyman, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair various facility-related issues.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Leadership and supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Effective communication skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks.
- Education and Certifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Relevant certifications in maintenance or a related field would be an advantage.
**Experience**:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in building maintenance.
