The overall MRP Planning & scheduling of the Multi-Functional Operations within the factory including:

- Evaluating purchase orders to create suitable production schedules.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure a seamless flow of materials and products throughout the supply chain.
- To plan Preventative Maintenance Orders, taking capacity and demand into consideration.
- Promptly addressing and resolving planning issues to minimize delays in production.
- Coordinating production operations in accordance with material, labour, and equipment availability.
- Evaluate how effectively resources (e.g., manpower, machinery, materials) are utilized in production and operations.
- Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.
- Work closely with production and manufacturing teams to create production schedules that meet sales requirements and optimize resource utilization.
- Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and order fulfilment to measure operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Measure cost savings achieved through improved operational efficiency and effective resource utilization.
- Promptly informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules and products.
- Create New SAP Codes (including BOMs).
- Maintain New SAP Codes (including BOMs).
- Preparing Production Performance Reports.
- Creating & Managing Run-Outs on SAP.
