1. Administering all Contract Logistics related documents as per current Processes.
Obtain Documents from Cargo-coordinator.
Confirm reciptient of manifest documents from the warehouse.
Verify the completeness of information on the documents.
Invistigate and effect corrections where necessary (NTH).
Capture data into Cargowise.
Scan documents into Cargowise (e Docs).
Distribute required reports to internal clients and security specialist.
File documentation in appropriate files.
2. Adminsitering Acquittals
Receive acquittals from SARS (Customs).
Capture acquittals on spread sheet.
Print releases from the JNB depot 62 releases.
Update releases printed according to the HAWB.
Update original stop notes received from customs.
Update hand over releases.
3. Adhere to security & safety requirements, legislation, policies and procedures
Keep up to date with all new developments applicable to scope of own job.
Operate within the requirements.
Immediately notify departmental supervisor and / or manager of any transgressions.
4. Render necessary support to members of own team.
5. Contribute towards continuous improvement through submitting suggested improvements regarding processes, procedures, security etc.
