**What we are looking for**

Vue School requires the services of an experienced conversion marketer to maximize the use of traffic sources, website activity, and leads. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure that all traffic is converted as effectively as possible into leads and then to ensure that these leads convert into purchasing customers or successful sales leads.

Vue School requires the services of an experienced acquisition marketer to maximize the effectiveness of lead generation and conversion. Occasional paid campaigns will be employed to boost lead numbers, both for B2C and B2B lead generation. So, a level of competency with related advertising platforms is expected.

**Educational Requirements**
- Relevant Diploma or Degree in Marketing or relevant work experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Experience with SEO, particularly maximizing organic traffic, on-page optimization, and integration with content marketing
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Expertise with affiliate management, including placement optimization, deal negotiations, and relationship management
- Expertise in website management, conversion optimization, and tracking
- Experience with programmatic paid media channels. like Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn ads, X ads
- Experience in B2C and B2B marketing
- Experience with modern software (i.e. Notion, MixPanel, customer.io)
- Excellent computer literacy is essential in MS Office or Google suite
- Ability to market to a developer audience
- Ability to work with small paid ads budget
- Demonstrated expertise with cross-selling and upselling
- Experience with various online platforms and forums related to the audience, e.g. YouTube, Medium, Quora, Reputation Management sites (TrustPilot, Google, G2), Reddit, StackOverflow and other related forums
- Experience with cross-sell tools like pop-up managers
- Experience with internal async messaging tools, preferably Slack

**Objectives and Responsibilities of this role**
- Optimize the website conversion funnel based on channels
- Develop effective KPIs to measure the successful performance of the role
- Own the platform metrics, analytics tools, and conversion rates
- Analyze and report data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Optimize for visit-to-registration conversion across all products and brands
- Optimize for registration to purchase conversion across all products and brands
- Manage, optimize, and constantly improve affiliate placements and traffic
- Segmentation of the leads database
- Suggest, implement, and manage all promotional campaigns, including those related to Summer Sales, Black Friday, Event Specials, and the like
- Create and manage user personas for advanced segmentation
- Cross-promote activities and cross-sell products
- Manage the website, briefing in additional pages where necessary, including campaign landing pages and managing placements for the logged-in guest state.
- Work with product to ensure the user experience is as frictionless as possible, and make recommendations to improve conversion rates at each step of the user onboarding flow
- Manage marketing spending to ensure appropriate ROI
- Manage creative, ad, and landing page testing schedules to drive improved campaign results
- Manage all marketing material inventory related to acquisition and conversion
- Assist the sales team with providing suitable marketing material for lead acquisition and conversion
- Develop recommendations to reach new customers and markets
- Bring in your own initiatives and ideas to make our marketing more successful
- Ability to set up tracking event ie via GTM is advantageous but not required
