**Minimum Requirements**
Hospitality industry (Front of House)
Possible food theatrical experience (extravert outgoing and well spoken)
People management

Must have experience with POS systems and dealing with money
Computer literacy
Stock reconciliations/stock control

Supply chain awareness, understanding the process and identifying/targeting opportunities would be advantageous.

Stock integrity - stock takes, stock reconciliations
Stock replenishment
Maintaining an efficient and accurate financial software system - Palladium POS
Food safety quality management systems - cleanliness, health & safety etc
Sales result
Hamper building and stock reconciling
