**Job Description**:
As a key member of the Africa Decision Analytics leadership team, professionally and respond to client business needs in the production of analytical consulting, services and delivery across the entire credit lifecycle (consumer and SME), both internally to Experian and externally for Clients, including bespoke modelling (risk, regulatory and financial models), continuous review of exiting analytical methodologies (ML, AI etc), processes and procedures, deep data insights and statistical analysis to the required level of quality and profitability in support of the Head: Decision Analytics Africa.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Econometrics, Operations Research or Mathematics; a graduate degree in similar fields is strongly preferred
- Solid skills and knowledge of software such as Excel, SAS, SQL, ML, AI etc.
- "Experience in manipulating large datasets. Challenged by working with large and diverse data files & Complex Data Analysis
- Minimum 15 years practical experience across credit lifecycle and industries, managing Risk, Analytics and/or Data Science Teams
- Experience in services industry beneficial
