ISON Xperiences is a global BPO, operating out of several locations around the world, providing world renowned service to various clients in many different sectors. In South Africa we have 6 operating sites from JHB, Durban, PE and Cape Town. This position of HR Generalist is based out of our Randburg offices and requires full time, onsite HR support.

**Key responsibilities**
- Work closely with operations to ensure recruitment needs are being met.
- Manage the backfills, new campaign launch and pipeline build with the Recruiter.
- Provide concise feedback on recruitment during the weekly Ops check ins.
- Manage the induction and onboarding process.
- Take full responsibility for the completion of the onboarding pack.
- Ensure off-boarding forms are completed and submitted to Admin, IT for action daily.
- Manage all disciplinary cases effectively, and ensure cases are closed off
- Provide guidance to management and team leaders on employee cases.
- Act swiftly when attending to employee matters, such as issuing of final written warnings, suspensions, scheduling hearings etc.
- Work closely with OHS to ensure reps are assigned in your area
- Manage the payroll inputs process and ensure the administrators have the relevant information for agents and support services.
- Double check payroll inputs to ensure new joiners and terminations are accounted for
- Work closely with operations to ensure there are no discrepancies in payroll
- Ensure pay queries are managed efficiently
- Work closely with Team Leaders to support performance management within campaigns, ensure poor performance is immediately addressed.
- Support the PIP process ensuring that the process is documented.
- Drive employee engagements as set out in the monthly calendar
- Schedule weekly check-ins with your managers to ensure any challenges or obstacles are raised in a formal platform and addressed.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- HR Qualification
- Fully Computer Literate
- Excellent Communication both verbal and written
- Strong IR case handling
- Call Centre experience a definite advantage
