We are looking for a Client Liaison to join our dynamic team.

This means having a basic understanding of the elements within each of these departments to be able to effectively interpret client requirements into briefs for our teams.

They will need to be able to continuously assess their client’s needs and business objectives and create initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.

Objectives of this Role:

- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Work with internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

Skills and Qualifications:

- Internship or professional experience in a sales or customer service role
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Qualification in marketing beneficial
- Minimum of 2 Years of industry experience
- Be passionate and dedicated
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and writing skills and organisational skills
- We require at least 2 contactable references

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
