Auto Pedigree is looking for an experience IT Specialist for its Head Office in Spartan. This position is an ideal opportunity for someone with good problem-solving ability.The position reports directly to the IT Manager.

**Position Overview**: The purpose of the position is to provide a single point of contact for end users to receive IT support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment.
**Specific Role Responsibilities**:

- Investigate and Diagnose activities in the repair and resolution of system, hardware, software and infrastructure faults.
- Deployment of Desktop Operating systems and software
- Adherence to SLA of 99% for all support incidents.
- Management of all incidents through their lifecycle.
- User and Desktop support.
- User account administration.
- Compliance reporting and remediation activities for Anti-Virus Compliance and Active Directory Compliance.
- Deliver first line technical support on all systems within area of service.
- Alignment to standards and policies.
- Implementation and adherence to maintenance procedures. Carrying out performance appraisals as required.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
**Minimum Experience**
- 3-5 years relevant experience.

**Minimum Qualification**
- Grade 12
- A+ certification
- N+ certification

**Minimum Requirements**
- A valid Driver’s License.
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and operations process
