**Baseline**:
NQF Level 7 (Bachelors Degree).
5 years Procurement management experience
Experience in Management Vendors and knowledge of SAP Material Management module.

**Advantageous**:
Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment and navigate ambiguity.
ServiceNow or equivalent service management tool experience
Experience in master data management What you’ll be doing
Manage vendor compliance by ensuring vendor compliance documentation are updated and current.
Ensure good governance and adherence to vendor related policies and procedures.
Support supplier/ vendor transformation through implementation of Engen ESD program. Exciting Challenges you might face in the role
Immerse yourself in various aspects of the Procurement function.
Support the strategic direction of Engen’s Group Procurement strategy and digital roadmap.
Operate effectively in an ever-changing, dynamic, and agile business environment.
