Well-established manufacturing company in Brackenfell requires the full-time services of an experienced Robotic Operator / Welder with a proven track record. Excellent career opportunity and income potential for a driven individual passionate about technical and project environments.

Perform production maintenance
- cleaning of equipment

Perform checks and tests and document accordingly

Responsible for preventative maintenance on machinery and all related equipment
Review quality of parts on your shift and implement corrective measures
Complete accurate shift handovers and breakdown reports

Visual inspection of parts

Setting up and loading jigs

Unload welded parts from robotic welder and place on appropriate containers / pallets

Perform all functions involved in operation of robotic welder

Maintenance of Robotic Welder components

General weld defect repairs

Mig welding when not operating Robotic Welder

Ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to

**Education**:
Matric

Welding Certificate / Qualified Artisan

Minimum 2 years practical MIG Welding experience

Able to work shifts which include day, night and early morning (Shifts will be rotated)

Must have own reliable transport

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R22,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month
