**Overall Purpose of the Job**: Responsible for the Accurate forecasting and collection of debt in the SecureDrive Business.

**Minimum qualification and experience**:

- 5 years' experience as a credit control management
- Excellent working knowledge of EXCEL.
- SAP

**Main duties & responsibilities**:

- Cash flow forecasting on a weekly basis.
- Ensure that debts are paid in a timely manner.
- Identify changes in payment patterns and propose action to avert indebtedness.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports as and when required by business in accordance with areas of responsibility.
- Ensure Offsetting of staff is done daily
- Develop and up skill the credit management capability within the practice.
- Ensure Debit Order rejections are worked on daily.
- Review telephone calls in accordance with KPI’s set for collectors and supervisors
- Travel to customers to sort out queries from time to time
- DSO Calculations
- Reporting
