We are looking for a vibrant professional nail technician who wants to grow their career and take OPI to new heights in the Western Cape region

**RETAIL DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT**
**Promoting profitable sales & education of OPI nail care brands.**

**Your duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Grow existing business within an established account base and gain new accounts in this lucrative region through building strong relationships and excellent customer service
- Achieve all sales targets and objectives
- Organise and present product training and demonstrations to customers and retailers
- Assist retailers with stock management and merchandising
- Launches and promotional activities

**Required Qualifications and Experience**:

- Matric plus a recognised Nail Qualification (Gel & Acrylic Systems)
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Qualified Nail Technician
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar Sales & Education position is recommended
- Code 8 Driver’s License
- Reliable vehicle - a car allowance is included in the package
- Computer Literacy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Social media savvy

**Start Date**: 1 April 2023, or as soon as possible
**Location**: Cape Town (Western Cape Region)
**Remuneration**:Basic salary, commission, incentives, monthly bonuses, annual performance bonus plus a fuel card and phone allowance. Health insurance, retirement annuity and life insurance are available on a cost to company basis.

Modern Hair & Beauty - previously Modern Hairdressing Supplies - has been servicing the hair industry in Southern Africa since 1950. In 2015, the company was renamed and is currently servicing the professional hair and nail industries.

As the licensed distributor of Wella Company-owned products in Southern Africa, much loved brands such as Wella Professionals, Nioxin, System Professional, Sebastian Professional, SEB MAN, Kadus Professional and OPI are found in salons nationally.

Other brands in our portfolio include the popular Brazilian hair treatment Sweet Hair Professional, and Reuzel - Holland’s finest pomades and barbering products. We also produce our own affordable in-salon care range called Swish.

We continuously strive to offer the best possible support and care to all of our customers through dedicated and trained sales representatives, timeous delivery of orders, targeted marketing and promotional support, and regular in-depth and up-to-date seminars and education.
