We are currently seeking a suitably qualified person to fill a vacancy as a Training & Safety Administrator, based at Lanseria.

The main purpose of the position is to administratively support the Training and Safety section of the Quality Department.

**_ Key responsibilities:_**
- To manage the administrative aspect of the relevant modules of the Q-Pulse System as directed by the Compliance Manager
- To administratively support the internal training programme
- To administratively support the activities of the internal Safety Activity programme
- To manage scheduled review dates of internal documents and forms with the relevant department owners
- To support the administrative requirements of the apprenticeship programme
- To manage and record all internal meetings related to the Quality Department
- Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned by the relevant manager

**_Education & Experience: _**
- Grade 12
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within an Aviation Maintenance environment (Added advantage)
- Well versed in technology and computers (Added Advantage)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
