**Purpose of the job**

To ensure that the maintenance division meets all customer’s expectations /relationships and efficiently support customers visiting our facility.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in maintaining a current a customer database
- Ensure customers are received in accordance with ExecuJet customer handling standards
- Assist with progress reports and feedback provided as per customer requirements
- Post maintenance customer liaison
- Provide assistance to the marketing and BD department as well as MANCO
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction
- Market ExecuJet’s capability and business

**Educational**:

- Grade 12
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Hospitality Diploma or Equivalent (Added Advantage)
- Customer Services Training (Added Advantage)

**Experience**:

- Experience in a Customer Service position in the Aircraft/Aviation Industry (added advantage)
- Experience in guest relations and customer service
- Marketing Administration background
- Strong interpersonal skills
