We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Web Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with the developer to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs and objectives.

We have a dedicated web developer on the team, you will not be expected to code.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project managers and developers to understand client requirements and translate them into design concepts.
- Conduct user research (if applicable) to inform design decisions and ensure the website is user-friendly.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and best practices for web design.
- Work collaboratively with the web developer to ensure designs are translated effectively into functional websites.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest web design trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, such as a Junior Web Designer, Graphic Designer, or UI/UX Designer.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Proficiency in Abobe design software such Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD or Figma
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing websites.
