**Vacancy -Scrum Master**

**Location -Centurion**

**Scrum Master** -mentors and motivates teams, improving practices, ensuring development teams follow Scrum Framework values, facilitating meetings, and eliminating team impediments.

**Scrum Master Responsibilities**
- Implement Project Management/Best Practices.
- Keep all Parties on Track and Informed.
- Introduce Agile Engineering Practices.
- Coach Team Members.
- Host Daily Stand-up Meetings.
- Assist the Product Owner with the Product Backlog.
- Remove Roadblocks.
- Teach Scrum Practices and Principles.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Tertiary Qualifications in computer science, or information systems, or related field required.
- Scrum Master certification required.
- 5-7 years of experience in information technology (IT) project management.
- Experience with Agile technologies and tools.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Centurion, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelors (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Agile Technologies and Tools: 5 years (preferred)
- IT (Project Management): 5 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Scrum Master Certification (required)
