Showroom Manager

**Mint Kulca** is recruiting a **SHOWROOM MANAGER** on behalf of **Hertex Fabrics**, a leading supplier of premium fabrics, rugs, wallpaper, and homeware to local and international markets to **lead their beautiful showroom in Gardens, Cape Town.**

**THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE ARE**:

- National Senior Certificate (Non-negotiable)
- Comfortable working every 2nd Saturday (Non-negotiable)
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing; Interior Décor/Design or similar (advantageous)
- Minimum +5 years sales experience in a retail or interior décor environment with exposure to high end brands
- Minimum 5 years people management experience

**DUTIES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Meet showroom sales targets and deliver customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Maintain showroom operations and image
- Management of showroom and staff and maintaining employee motivation and performance
- Build productive relationships with customers and industry
- Support sales consultants

Pay: From R20 000,00 per month
