- Order of Stock
- General Admin Work;
- Quotations;
- Site Assessments;
- All other duties as assigned.
- Assist (e.g. carpentry, painting, hvac, etc.) for the purpose of completing projects within established time frames
- Ensure Sign Offs gets handed in;
- Handling external or internal communication or management systems;
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned;
- Assist (e.g. carpentry, painting, electrical, etc.) for the purpose of completing projects within established time frames.

- Ensure optimal level of quality and maintain optimal cleanliness of Sites and ensure proper handling of all materials and products;
- Coordinate with Management and perform all duties as required or as assigned;
- Rresponsibility to make sure that the deadline for completing work is met
- Driving, maintains assigned vehicles, tools and equipment;
- Perform all work according to work orders and load and unload materials as per requirement
- Cleans District buildings and grounds areas as needed
- Must oversee operations on a day-to-day basis and ensure that work is done safely, on time and within budget and to the right quality standards;
- Responsibility for the site you work on. You need to report to your Senior Management on a daily basis as to what is taking place, your progress on site and estimate as to when you will be done;
- Updates with a full report and photos must be submitted to all Senior Management and the Person handling the Portfolio. For projects you need to submit a report and photos 2 to 3 times a week. For general orders (Emergency Work/General Work) photos and update must be send as soon as the job is completed;
- Before work starts you need to get things ready by taking on staff, preparing the site, ordering of stock and tools for carefully planning for the work that needs to be done;
- While work is taking place, you will monitor the progress, oversee delivery of materials and carry out safety checks and sort out any problems which could hold up work as they arise. You need to be in close contact with members of your site at all times;
- Must ensure that work complies with building regulations and health and safety legislation as well as other legal requirements;
- Need to check and stock up your Safety Kit (Medical Aid Box) on a weekly basis, to Ensure you have the necessary medical aid stock to help a staff member if he gets injured on Site. A report of your Medical Stock needs to be send to all Senior Management on a weekly basis;
- Responsibility to make sure that you have the necessary safety equipment on when working on site: For example, Face Mask / Face Shield, Hard Hats, Ear Plugs, Respirators, Safety shoes, Safety Goggles and Safety Gloves ETC;
- Need to do a Stock and Tool list every 2 weeks. Stock and Tool list must be send to Senior Management and the Person working in Stores;
- Responsibility to make sure that the deadline for completing work is met, and you will at least share some responsibility if someone on your site has an accident;
- Responsibility to make sure all your staff has the necessary safety equipment on when working on site: For example, Hard Hats, Ear Plugs, Respirators, Safety shoes, Safety Goggles and Safety Gloves ETC;
- At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions;
- Liaise with Sales department and Senior Management to ensure the highest possible Customer Care performance / satisfaction and complete all relevant inspections and documentation;
- Liaise with Sales, Senior Management and ES Departments ensuring that up to date record of all site activities are retained, thereby achieving cost/quality control. You need to achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, resolving problems; determining system improvements and implementing change;
- Lead, motivate and communicate with your site staff to ensure they are fully motivated to achieve best performance to meet company’s needs;
- Material to be ordered 2 x bulk order & 2 x snag orders;
- The Employee will be responsible to conduct a daily Risk Assessment on all his sites, record such in writing and submit these to the projects’ safety file;
