**Objective of this Scope of Work**

The main purpose of the roles is to perform administration support services to the businesses Retirement Fund (the Fund) which resides in FSD.

**Scope of Services Definition**
- Assisting with the daily operations within the division within the prescribed time limits provided
- To provide accurate and timeous delivery of work requested.
- Align and enhance daily and month end processes where required
- To engage at varying levels with relevant stakeholders/clients, within the business and external parties, displaying a service orientation in own work and the ability to solicit information as well as to convey and explain information fluently
- To ensure adherence to controls and that work is performed independently within established practices, given processes, rules and regulations ensuring compliance with standards, policies and other guidelines
- To proactively broaden knowledge of functional area, displaying willingness to make improvements in own work (including methods and practices)
- To align and enhance current/new processes

**Minimum qualification required**:

- A minimum of a B degree / Advanced Diploma, NQF 7 in accounting OR equivalent
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a pension administration environment; and
- Extensive knowledge on Regulations pertaining to Pension Fund Administration
- Experience on a unitized pension fund administration system would be an advantage
