This is achieved through the understanding and implementation of cutting-edge technology and practices across the Supply Chain value chain, combined with a robust people development programme and a strong link to the overall company objectives.

The Source to Contract (Upstream) Digitalisation Coordinator/ Lead role supports excellence in Supply Chain, working with leaders and teams to define, develop and implement leading practice in digitalization and support the new/disruptive technology systems to drive continuous improvement to enable and maintain performance targets.
- Job Description
- Play key part in leading the design, implementation and deployment of cloud procurement solutions (across Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Lifecycle Management and other Upstream procurement activities) including SAP Ariba and other Source to Contract procurement technology)
- Provide specialist and coordination support with defining new ways of working, designing functional requirements, enabling systems, tools and templates and advanced analytics
- Engage with relevant stakeholders/ internal customers using effective change strategies to promote the use and adoption of digital procurement solutions.
- Compile reports and dashboards to ensure delivery of digital solutions.
- Coordinate the access and use of best practice research and benchmarking for procurement digitalisation improvement.
- Conduct broad scanning activities to keep up to date with innovative approaches and opportunities
- Collaborate closely with global and regional teams to identify and address issues, glean insights from users and drive focus on simplification and continuous improvement in the digital space.
- Qualifications
- Graduate calibre with experience of SAP Ariba (or other source to contract cloud solutions) implementation and operation
- Strong functional/ technical knowledge across the Supply Chain value chain, ability to integrate and understand what drives excellence
- Digital and Data Science knowledge
- Sound commercial knowledge
- Project management (agile preferred)
- People Management
