Junior IT Technician

Requirements for this position:

- Windows PC troubleshooting knowledge and experience.
- HelpDesk experience.
- Good time-keeping ability, with an understanding that IT is a critical aspect of business and is time sensitive.
- Understanding of Wi-Fi, Routers and internet.
- Provide 1st line support to customers.
- Basic understanding of Office 365 management.
- Good grammar and writing skills.
- Strong computer troubleshooting experience

You will also need to have previously completed an A+, N+ and MCSA or have sufficient technical experience.

A valid driver’s license is required, with _**reliable transport to work**_.

After initial probation period, a quarterly performance bonus incentive will be discussed.

**Salary**: R9,000.00 - R11,000.00 per month
