Requirements for this position:

- Windows PC troubleshooting knowledge and experience.
- HelpDesk experience.
- Assist with obtaining pricing from suppliers.
- Good time-keeping ability, with an understanding that IT is a critical aspect of business and is time sensitive.
- Provide 1st line support to customers.
- Good grammar and writing skills.
- Strong computer troubleshooting experience.

You will also need to have previously completed a **CompTIA A+** and **Network + **or equivalent qualification.

A valid driver’s license is required, with _**reliable transport to work**_.
