Grade 12
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or applicant with experience working in administrative support ideally from a sales environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, set priorities, work independently, and perform under pressure.
- Excellent computer skills
- A good understanding of google suite products
- Excellent writing skills
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinating the completion of tender documentation by liaising with a wide range of roles within the organisation such as legal, sales, sales enablement, product development and proposal manager, marketing, professional and educational services
- Preparing written tender proposals if required
- Reviewing contractual terms and conditions and tender documentation to identify specific requirements and red flags
- Ensuring that all documents are accurate, up to date, signed (if required) and provided in a timely manner
- Identify certificates requested for the procurement procedure, specific submission requirements and ensure compliance
- Combining all the necessary documentation and reviewing the formats to ensure compliance with purchaser requirements
- Ensuring the submissions are made in time and assist with final submission of the tender if required
- Building and maintaining company tender documentation library
- Establish and manage a library of legal documents, translations, case studies, technical requirements and bid responses.
- Conducting won/lost analyses and identifying best practices to win bids
**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 3 weeks
Pay: R5,000.00 per month
