- Join us at our Mototolo Complex as we are looking for a talented HRD Coordinator processing who will coordinate the learning delivery for Metallurgical Plant and related laboratories and facilitate the learning delivery in conjunction with relevant stakeholders.

**Job Description**:

- This role is responsible for the coordination of production, engineering and services technical training through an accredited learning delivery system. Responsible for the coordination and the maintenance of the necessary support systems for the execution of training. Integration of legal, operational and industry requirements into current learning material.

**Your responsibilities will include the following**:

- Coordinates the training needs analysis, planning, assessment, moderation and compilation of training reports.
- Coordinates the implementation of the HRD Strategy in the plant operations.
- Liaise and engaged with the operational HOD’s on delivery priorities.
- Coordinates the delivery of the A1 - D1 people development.
- Representation on applicable TRG’s.
- Coordinates operational contractor training.
- Coordinates and evaluates the external training providers.

**This role is in the Human Resource Development Department and is at a Band 6/ D2 level reporting to the HRD Manager Operations.**

**Qualifications
- You will need the following**:

- OD ETDP level 5 Higher certificate
- Assessor and Moderator Certificate
- Relevant engineering or production technical qualification will be advantageous
- NQF 6 OD ETDP Diploma will be advantageous
- Advantageous: Risk Management Certification
- Relevant Management Programme will be advantageous

**Experience**:

- 5 years Process experience, including 1 year supervisory experience and 2 years HRD Experience/ Shift Leader experience.
- Process SME in production or engineering
- Advantageous: Projects experience.

- Fitness certificate
- Computer literate
- Drivers’ licence
- English literacy
