**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers
- Generating high levels of motivation and commitment within the store in order to drive performance

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- A Grade 12 qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ retail experience with a minimum of 1 year of store leadership experience.
