**Marketing Officer (Healthcare)**

**Responsibilities**
- generating leads, meeting, or exceeding the company sales goals,
- negotiating contracts,
- Establishing and maintaining effective relations and personal contact with existing and prospective clients including medical doctors in hospitals, private practice to ensure loyalty to the Testaro labs brand.
- maintaining healthy client relationships over time including a focus on client renewal/retention.
- Finding and developing prospective business through cold calling, referrals and leads generated by the company’s marketing efforts.
- Creating and maintaining relationships with doctors from around Gauteng
- Use proactive and assertive sales techniques over the phone to recruit doctors to contract with the company.
- Ensure the smooth transition of new physicians into the organization by introducing them to the directors to create a trust relationship.

**Key competences**
- Demonstrated successful direct or inside sales experience.
- Must have strong selling and communication skills.
- Professional written and oral communication skills.
- Effective negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate and understand business needs.
- Ability to be persuasive and influential in verbal and written communications.
- Communicate and understand professional level service needs, client staffing requirements, client practices and physician credentials.
- Effective time management
- Effectively communicate and work in a team environment, successfully integrating individual work efforts to meet team objectives.
- Excellent prioritization and problem-solving skills
- 1-3 years of experience in the direct sales and cold calling cold calling.
- Driven, ambitious and works with a sense of urgency.
- Experience in the health care industry (preferred)

**In-person, full-time role with basic + Comm (based on sales performance)**

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R130,000.00 - R150,000.00 per year
