**Role Purpose**:
Support the Corporate Communications Manager and Managing Director SA to execute an innovative engaging communication and engagement plan, promoting the organization's vision, strategic priorities, and values, through engaging communications and events.
- Support the delivery of the annual engagement and any pulse or topic specific surveys and support with the collation of the business action plan following the survey.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop, manage and deliver communication campaigns and projects to agreed levels of objectives, time, budget, and evaluation.
- Support an agreed and defined engagement programme to promote visibility.
- Design and deliver innovative and creative communication plans as well as engagement campaigns to support the organization's values and recognition scheme.
- Manage budget for certain events and campaigns.
- Monitor and manage the internal comms mailbox.
- Monitor and manage the Huntswood SA social media accounts.
- Manage and maintain formal team processes and procedures.

**Essential Skills**:

- Highly organised and proactive - able to juggle and prioritise a busy agenda.
- Ability to build strong relationships within the wider business.
- Ability to handle large amounts of information and distil into compelling and easy to understand messages.
- Experience with organizational change and communicating key initiatives across multiple internal audiences.
- Experience of building and editing digital content including intranet, videos, social media.
- Collaborative approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Understand the wider business strategy and how internal communications can support it.
