Primary responsibilities including but not limited to:
Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Help to drive sales growth by identifying new sales opportunities and following up on leads

Carry out other sales administration tasks as required

Cold Calling

Servicing existing clients

Sourcing new clients

Interviewing

Reference checking

Daily Sales Reporting

Meeting of target

Perform adoc administration duties for the sales management team
- **Minimum Requirements - Qualifications**:_

Matric

Minimum of 1 - 2 years recruitment experience or wanting to make a sales industry change to recruitment, training will be provided.
- **Desired experience and Requirements Skills**:_

Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills

Excellent communication in English & Afrikaans - both written and verbal

Have the ability to work independently

Experience with the full recruitment cycle will be adv

Be aware of industry trends

Have good networking skills

Have excellent people skills

Target Driven & Passionate

Basic salary and high commission on offer
