5 star game lodge - Southern Kruger National Park, Mpumalanga

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience overseeing multiple lodges/camps, a team of guides, a fleet of vehicles and a tractor and trailer.
- 5 star experience
- Previous use of car track
- Schedule Management
- Newsletter, social media and photography skills
- Previous conservation experience
- Lead Trails with KNP proficiency would be a benefit
- ARH & proficiency/ saps competency
- Drivers licence with PrDP
- First Aid Level 2 (Wilderness)
- NDT/ Cathsetta registered

**Description**
- Tracking and planning of staff development and training.
- Firearm maintenance.
- Health and Safety experience
- Providing training according to the SOP’S of the company
- Guiding departments Administration
- Stock control
- Maintenance of fleet
- Bushwalks and Drives - if needed
- Uniform checks
- Assist in other departments, including Duty Manager shifts - Hosting and service shift management
- Setup of wildlife projects, surveys and monitoring
- Work alongside the concession manager and stand in when off.
