**JD Specialized Recruitment** is partnering with an intimate 5* Lodge, to recruit an energetic and passionate **LODGE ANCHOR & FIELD GUIDE COUPLE** to join their team.

**Lodge Anchor Experience & Requirements**
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or equivalent would be beneficial.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5* lodge environment.
- Sound knowledge of overall lodge FOH & BOH operations.
- Background in Food & Beverage essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed and presentable individual.
- High levels of energy and self-motivated.
- Strong Computer literacy skills and PMS/Point of Sales experience.
- Highly organized
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Sound employment history with contactable references.

**Field Guide Experience & Requirements**
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position at a luxury property.
- FGASA Level 1 essential
- First Aid Level 1, and PDP
- CATHSSETA /DEAT Registered
- Passionate and willing to learn
- Energetic and physically fit
- Well-groomed with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound employment history with contactable references.
