A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Working with teams operating within a service group, or product group and/ or project group- Assisting with the development, monitoring, coordination and implementation of projects- Providing quantitative and qualitative analysis, industry research, reporting and internal communication services with team members- Investigating and communicating potential opportunities for process improvement as well as potential project initiatives- Working with different departments including sales, marketing and business development to develop knowledge of industry and organizational processes- Scope of this internship:
Supply management:

- managing back orders
- following up on supply issues and finding replacements
- coordinating allocation and shipment process and logistics across organization
- monitoring availability of the products

Kit management and coordination:

- creation in the system
- updating price in Vendavo
- cooperation with CC, Pricing, VAT and Tender departments
- Process gaps identification and solution finding
- Project management
- Consignments stocks coordination
- Inventory management
- Demand Forecast and Sales Data Analytics
- Planning, execution to revenue & PO creation
- Collaboration across organization with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics and Transportation Teams.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Fluent in English (preferred at least C1)- Recently graduated or in the last year of studies bachelor’s or master’s of Economy, Business, Programming, IT, Engineering- Analytical, logical mindset- Based in Johannesburg

Nice to have:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Internship details:
- Start date: October- Duration: 12 months- Location: Johannesburg- Working hours: 40 h/week- Working model: hybrid
