**Invitation for Admin Officer Position**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12 certificate.
- Tertiary qualification in a related office management degree or diploma.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Office Administrator/Assistant.
- All professional Registrations must be in good standing during the period of tender evaluation.
- Ability to submit CV/resume with at least two contactable references and certified copies of qualifications (certification should not exceed three months).
- SAQA accreditation required for all foreign qualifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support for human settlement development projects.
- Maintain and organize project documentation and records.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, schedules, and communications with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables.
- Comprehensive CV/resume detailing relevant experience and qualifications.
- Certified copies of qualifications (certification not older than three months).
- Contact details for at least two professional references.
