The Production Supervisor is responsible for manufacturing of product to customer requirements, on time and in line with company requirements. The Production Supervisor is required to monitor the production plan and run according to this where possible with maximum efficiency rates.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Matric (required)
- Any production related diploma/degree (preferred)

Experience: -Minimum of 2-3 years production experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
- 1 Year experience in IR/disciplining staff

**Duties**:

- Production Management
- Manpower Management
- Quality Management
- Maintenance Management
- Waste Management
- Safety Management
- Raw Materials Management
- House Keeping

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team to meet and exceed performance requirements.
- Ensure resources for daily required production are available.
- Train staff on new and existing company policies and procedures
- Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace.
- Ensure compliance with all the relevant food safety policies and procedures.
- Report any food safety concerns to your manager.
- May be required to perform other tasks when operationally required.
