REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric
  • 2 3 years experience working in the printing industry
  • Experience with CorelDraw and Caldera RIP software
  • Proficiency in operating 2.5m flatbed and vinyl printers
  • Previous experience managing staff in a printing environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage material ordering and maintenance
  • Quality control experience in print production
DUTIES:

  • Managing a small team of staff involved in the printing process
  • Ordering and maintaining printing materials
  • Managing job cards and overseeing job scheduling
  • Reporting on any issues with equipment or production
  • Ensuring quality control of prints coming off the printers
  • Overseeing the output of a small factory according to job cards
