**About the role**
We’re looking for a marketing and growth all-rounder to jump in and get s** done. You'll get to contribute on traditional marketing fronts (Content, brand expansion and development, performance marketing and beautiful design will all be levers at your disposal) and also prove yourself generally useful in advancing our growth. Together we’ll prioritise and strategise how to pace these tools and where to focus our attention.
Ideally you are particularly skilled in at least two of these areas and curious about the rest. You'll work closely with the CEO and head of growth, and get to learn by doing.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification (Bcomm Marketing, Red and Yellow, Vega preferred)
- 1-3 years’ working experience in a growth or marketing role
- Experience working at a startup is a big plus
- Either very strong on design and content, analytics and performance, or hacking stuff into existence (with the scars to show for it)
- Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail is a must
- You don't need to be a programmer, but being technologically competent is a must**Attitude / fit**

Hopefully you have a particular preference for joining a startup too - since we’re not a typical small business and do things a bit differently, it'll help if you have a strong "why" for taking on this kind of role. Preferably you understand the South African SME context, but have your eyes on global horizons.
