- Develop and implement ICT/OT security strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the organization's business objectives.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize ICT/OT-related security risks, including threats to digital assets, data, and operational processes.
- Implement and adhere to recognized security frameworks and standards
- Establish and maintain security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption, to protect data and control systems.
- Develop and maintain incident response plans to address security incidents, minimize damage, and ensure business continuity.
- Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations, standards, and legal requirements related to ICT/OT security.
- Promote a culture of security awareness and conduct employee training and awareness programs to mitigate insider threats.
- Perform penetration testing and vulnerability scanning on ICT/OT systems to identify weaknesses and potential risks
- Design and implement security architectures that protect ICT/OT systems, networks, and data
- Monitor and analyze security logs and events to detect and respond to security incidents in real-time.**Inherent Requirements**
- Security certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), or GIAC certifications can be beneficial.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in ICT/OT Security
- CISSP Certification
- Certified copies of NQF level 7 in IT related field
- Certified copies of I.D, Passport and valid work permit for non SA Citizens.
