**Role Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Update internal databases
- Updating internal databases
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
- Answer employees’ HR-related queries
- Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information
- Organizing and maintaining personnel records
- Forming and maintaining employee records
- Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents
- Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
- Upload all relevant compliance information (BBBEE, EE, Workplace Skills Plans)

**Minimum Requirements and Skills**
- A matric
- An HR qualification will be an advantage
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, or relevant role
- Experience with HR procedures
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Knowledge of labour laws
- Similar industry experience - highly preferred

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month
