**Sales and Marketing Manager Vacancy**

**Salary (R 18000 - R25000 p/m)**

**Fixed Term Contract: 2 years (Renewable)**

We are looking for an organized sales and marketing manager to assist in the advertising and marketing of our hospitality & SPA business and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry. The manager will promote the brand, image, and services of the company so that maximum growth occurs through gaining new clients and business. S/he will be required to manage all aspects of marketing, sales, and rentals, including sourcing, and securing new business, relationship management, database management, business presentations, workshops, and reports.

**N.B** **The position is target driven.**

**The sales and marketing manager's responsibilities include**:

- Generating unique sales plans
- Developing pricing strategies

- Generating revenue
- Meeting marketing and sales human resource objectives.
- The sales and marketing manager represents the company's brand and drives strategies to increase business awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
- Maintaining our website (s)
- Maintaining Social Media Visibility
- Forging strategic relationships and meeting with clients

**Skills Required**:

- Communication skills.
- Possession of in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing business to the market.
- Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding guests’ requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.

- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.

**Job Requirements**:

- Tertiary education in Sales & Marketing. Background and/or experience in the hospitality or events management industry would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication, customer service & organization skills.
- Ability to conduct presentations and meetings both professionally and with confidence.
- Valid Driver's License and own vehicle.
- Marketing skills/experience on various media platforms: Facebook, Instagram,

Google, TikTok, LinkedIn Etc.
- The position includes travel. Must be available to attend functions after hours.
- Dynamic self-starter with excellent negotiation skills. Personality profile to match relevant skills.
