**Responsibilities**:

- Capturing of invoices and relevant data
- Handling of queries with suppliers, DC’s and buyers
- Checking stock sheets correlate with invoices
- Filing
- Ad hoc reporting/ duties

**Experience**:

- Matric certificate
- PC literate with **advanced knowledge** of Excel
