**Job Advert Summary**:
To co-ordinate and deliver the end-to-end learning process, including designing, and facilitating learning interventions in partnership with management and identified stakeholders. Someone who has the potential to relay technical and functional concepts and methods to assist our Retail Operations team with achieving tangible results.

**Minimum Requirements**:
Ideal experience:

- Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a learning or facilitator role within Collective Schemes/ Asset Management/Financial Services industry
- Experience with learning and development methodologies and systems
- Knowledge and understanding of the Financial Services industry and related legislation, i.e., FICA, FAIS, RDR, TCF
- Knowledge of Adult Learning processes and practices

Ideal qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree essential - HR related
- Education and Training Development Practitioner certificate/diploma and certified Assessor and Moderator will be an advantage

Systems knowledge:

- Knowledge of data analytics using Learning Management systems and tools

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Engage with business stakeholders to identify learning objectives and requirements as aligned with strategic goals.
- Design, develop, update, and deliver learning materials to include classroom trainings, workbooks, job aids, quick reference guides, webinars, videos, and eLearning interventions.
- Facilitate technical learning interventions including regulatory and industry changes and/or requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to employees as required in assisting with queries, knowledge sharing and, on the job learning.
- Develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities and regularly monitor and reports results to management, along with recommendations for improvement as appropriate.
- Monitor and evaluate learner progress with implementing evaluation and proficiency assessment processes consistent with company performance, developmental and feedback standards.
- Conduct regular engagements and provide ongoing support to employees, and proactively ensure success of development interventions.
- Maintain knowledge of learning and development technology and tools.
- Develop and maintain training data and compile reports as required.
