**Job Advert Summary**:
To deliver the end-to-end learning process, including designing, and facilitating learning interventions in partnership with management and identified stakeholders. Seeking a positive and vibrant individual with the motivation and determination to prove themselves. Someone who has the potential to relay technical and functional concepts and methods to functional teams with achieving tangible results.

**Minimum Requirements**:
Ideal experience:

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a learning or facilitator role within Collective Investment Schemes/ Asset Management industry
- Experience with learning and development methodologies and systems
- Knowledge and understanding of the Financial Services industry and related legislation

Ideal qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree essential - HR related
- Education and Training Development Practitioner certificate/diploma and certified Assessor and Moderator will be an advantage

Systems knowledge:

- Knowledge of data analytics using Learning Management systems and tools

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Engage with business stakeholders to identify learning objectives and requirements as aligned with strategic goals.
- Design, develop and maintain all PPSI technical and product learning material, including process and system enhancements.
- Facilitate technical learning interventions including regulatory and business project changes and/or requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to employees as required in assisting with queries, knowledge sharing and, on the job learning.
- Develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities and compile reports with recommendations for improvement as appropriate.
- Monitor and evaluate learner progress with implementing evaluation and proficiency assessment processes consistent with company performance, developmental and feedback standards.
- Conduct regular engagements and provide ongoing support to employees, and proactively ensure success of development interventions.
- Maintain knowledge of learning and development technology and tools.
- Source, customise and deliver learning solutions which will enable PPS Investments to meet business objectives and that will build future capacity.
