**Espressolab Africa is expanding its retail portfolio and looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to oversee its flagship store.**

The overall responsibilities include the following;
Plan, supervise, coordinate and control the activities of the space.

Supervise the proper functioning of the kitchen, shop floor and service counter, focusing on quality and smoothness of service.

Know how to make thoughtful and fair decisions.

Maintain direct contact with customers and be the main point person between the service team and customers.

Ensure safety conditions at work and ensure all relevant health and safety requirements are met.

Maintain the efficiency of machinery and equipment as well as the retail space in general. Toilets, shopfloor, outside area, all customer areas in general and back of house.

Supervise the delivery of goods (quality and quantity).

Liaise with Suppliers and manage stock control.

Preparation of periodic inventories.

Monitor the company's revenue and promote continuous actions for its improvement, drive sales and growth.

Promote good, positive team work and great energy among the whole team.

Responsible for checking schedules, vacation maps and team evaluations.

Problem Solving and Conflicts;
Recruit and hire within the scope of the employers act.

**Salary**: From R15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Management: 2 years (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Cape Town, Western Cape (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Relocate before starting work (required)
