SALARY - $ 1500 PER MONTH

TYPE OF WORK - FULL TIME (REMOTE)

JOB LEVEL - SENIOR LEVEL

QUALIFICATIONS:

- With deep understanding, knowledge, and experience in the Digital Marketing Industry (Remote digital marketing helps businesses increase their online presence, engage current customers, and attract new ones. In this role, you evaluate the organization's current digital marketing strategy and suggest changes and improvements).
- In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry).
- Flexible and can work in the US Time zone
- Must have a Paralegal or legal degree and at least 2 years experience working as a paralegal / law officer
- Background in Personal Injury Law will be an advantage
- Knowledge about US Law will be an advantage
- Proficiency in assisting attorneys with comprehensive case management tasks, including managing deadlines, preparing Settlement Disbursal Statements, and providing cost and time recommendations.
- Ability to effectively manage and adhere to timelines and deadlines for assigned cases.
- Strong interpersonal skills to meet with new and existing clients, discussing case expectations, and providing regular updates.
- Proficient drafting abilities for various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, responses, etc.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, courts, and medical providers.
- Effective coordination with internal records specialists and investigators to obtain accurate investigative and medical records promptly.
- Capability to review medical records, assemble case files, and maintain detailed updates in the Case Management System (CMS).
- Experience in preparing and submitting correspondence accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to redact records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Willingness to assist in peer training and support.
- Familiarity with propounding and answering discovery, assisting with shell, and e-filing procedures.
- Proficiency in scheduling depositions, trials, and hearings, and coordinating with clients accordingly.
- Experience in trial preparation, including exhibits, motions, evidence, experts, etc.
- With fast, reliable and stable internet connection (LAN or Fiber) and with internet backup
