The Kantar Analytics Practice (KAP) has made significant investments in the last few years to further expand our capabilities and footprint in the areas of data strategy & engineering, customer analytics and digital & social media analytics. The practice has strong client relationships in customer data-rich verticals such as retail, insurance, telecom, entertainment, automotive and hospitality, among others. As we strive to offer end-to-end customer analytics solutions, we seek a growth-minded person to help drive growth for our Customer analytics practice. The person will be a key part of the team in crafting customer analytics solutions & advising clients in the space to deliver accelerated and consistent growth for Kantar Middle East & Africa.

KEY OUTCOMES/EXPECTATIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

This Associate will be responsible for:

- Client Management:

- Create plans to address clients’ business needs
- Advise clients on creating processes
- Schedule regular meetings with stakeholders
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Team Management: Mentor and lead a team of onsite consultants; manage team expectations, build team in lines with client’s business needs
- Revenue Management: Manage invoicing process with client, manage contract documentation and identify opportunity to increase revenue
- Understanding current suite of Customer Analytics offers and driving new analytics solutions development
- Partnering with Client Service and Sales teams in business development
- Collaborate with the larger Kantar Analytics team to provide client support and develop solutions. This would involve working remotely with the team based out of India.
- Guide analytics delivery with delivery, marketing science, data science teams in place
- Apprise and train Client Management and Sales about the offers on a continuous basis

CAPABILITIES

This critical role will be a key contributor to the development of the Customer Analytics Practice. This PRACTICE will work in analytics areas related to (but not limited to):

- Data strategy & engineering
- CRM Analytics
- CX ROI
- Churn / Retention Analytics
- Linking customer database with survey data
- Customer Lifetime Value

Role success requires that the person will be work with the rest of the team to ensure: (a) the Customer Analytics strategy and offer is aligned with global developments and well represented during global discussions; and at the same time, (b) embraces the unique demands of the Middle East & Africa market and leverages the vast resources we have across Kantar.
- Have good marketing/pricing domain knowledge, particularly in the Customer/CRM domain - key industries being Retail
- Fluency in Customer Experience frameworks and measurement
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with 8 - 10 years of CRM related analytics experience
- Have a confident comprehension of our collective offer and an understanding of the competitive context
- Be comfortable working with teammates across the portfolio, utilizing strong collaboration skills
- Be commercially and client oriented, with ability to serve as a content expert
- Have a consulting orientation; gather different perspectives, examples and use them to enrich day-to-day work
- Experience on working with large databases particularly transaction and behavioral databases
- Strong client relationships and networking skills
