- Take over programme / project responsibility as a leader when required

- Develop, build and strengthen internal capability aligned to the solutions offering

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate / post graduate Degree from accredited institution
- Executive / Senior Management level engagement capability
- Minimum 10 years of consulting experience in SAP Solutions and Project Management.
- Experience in managing SAP delivery teams, portfolio’s and business.
- Extensive experience of full cycle SAP implementations.
- Good understanding of the underlying business processes within the target sectors.
- SAP Core and Cloud solutions experience.
- Experience of consulting in a variety of different industry sectors. Experience within Supply Chain

within Manufacturing, Energy, CPG, FMCG (advantageous).
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to foster ideas and provide solution design support throughout the value creation process
- Ability to handle and deliver multiple projects
- Experience of managing delivery teams, SAP included
- Strong Sales focus and orientation
- Governance support, and ability to manage risks and issues
